MTV Japan also held an awards show this weekend, and American music stars appeared and performed.

Ciara brilliantly paid her respects to Japanese fashion with a leather dress and bracelet from Tokyo-based brand Dresscamp, which she paired with Louboutins.

Leighton Meester rocked a risky mesh mini from Emilio de la Morena.  She paired it with Brian Atwood "Brie" purple suede booties from FW09 and a platinum & diamond cuff and rings from Cathy Waterman. She  carried a Marc Jacobs bag (not pictured).  She was styled by Logan Horne.

Malin Akerman did a 360 from last night's Spike Awards red hot dress and with a cool Dolce & Gabbana with a white suit, powder blue bustier, and gold strappy sandals from the house.

Taraji Henson wore a black and white strapless mini dress from Roberto Cavalli SS09.  Her shoes were from Bally and clutch Stuart Weitzman.  Her ring was from Lucifer vir Honestus.  She did not work with a stylist for this event.

Kristen Stewart stayed comfy on the carpet with classic Converse!  She paired them with a Yigal Azrouel dress.  She was styled by Tara Swennen.

Anna Faris wore a slightly iridescent black Katy Rodriguez frock, and mixed up the colors with purple Brian Atwood shoes and an emerald green Jimmy Choo clutch.  She was styled by Annie Jagger.

Sofia Vassilieva (pictured with "My Sister's Keeper" co-star Cameron Diaz) wore a dress from Magda Berliner.  Shoes and handbag were from Brian Atwood.  Accessories were a combination of vintage and Forever 21.  She was styled by George Kotsiopoulos.

Can't find any solo shots of Cameron as she was photographed with her co-stars, but she was wearing a colorful Matthew Williamson top paired with J Brand jeans.  Her clutch was from Ferragamo and those shocking blue boots boots were from Guiseppe Zanotti.  Her jewelry was from Ippolita.  She was styled by Rachel Zoe.

Audrina Patridge wore a sequin one-shouldered Joey Tierney Couture dress.  Stylist Joey made the dress with Audrina in mind ... and paired it with Louboutin peep toe nude heels and an Alexander McQueen clutch.  Jewelry was Jane d'Arensbourg stackable rings, a Becca Straus quartz ring, Meredith Khan quartz earrings and bangles from Melissa McClure.

Lauren Conrad wore a Moschino navy and red floral print dress from the FW09 collection.  Shoes were Louboutins.  She was styled by Tara Swennen.
