Zooey Deschanel wore a dress from Naeem Kahn with Louboutins.  Her diamond and platinum chandelier earrings and a diamond and platinum bow hair clip from Neil Lane.  Her ring was from Van Cleef & Arpels.  She was styled by Shirley Kurata.

Isabel Lucas wore a dress from Giambattista Valli, with Jimmy Choo "Clue" platform sandals and carried a VBH clutch.  Her jewelry was from Boucheron.  She was styled by Cristina Ehrlich.

Lynn Collins wore a sequined motorcycle jacket from Twenty Cluny.  Her shoes were Jimmy Choo "Alma" pumps and she carried a "Cecile" clutch.

Emily Deschanel wore a dress from Tadashi Shoji.  Shoes were from Stella McCartney and her bag was from Marc by Marc.  Her bracelets and ring were from House of Lavande.  She was styled by Penny Lovell.

Christina Hendricks wore a Hugo Boss dress with Ralph Lauren shoes.  Her diamonds were from Tacori.

Jennifer Aniston accepted an award rom the Women in Film organization wearing a sexy silver Prada S/S 09 minidress.

Elizabeth Banks was honored as the Face of the Future award.  She wore a dress from MaxMara, shoes from Prada and jewels from Chopard.

Holly Hunter also accepted an award, and wore a gown from event sponsor MaxMara with a pair of Louboutins.  Earrings were diamond and gold from Neil Lane.   She was styled by Linda Medvene.

Christina Hendricks had a classic 40s feel in long-sleeved MaxMara dress paired with a vintage beret.  She wore Jimmy Choo "Lottie" platforms and carried a "Chrissie" clutch.  Her bracelet was from Alexis Bittar.  She did not work with a stylist for this event.

Radha Mitchell also wore a MaxMara dress, with shoes from Rodo.  She wore her own vintage jewelry.

Poppy Montgomery also wore MaxMara paired with Jimmy Choos.  She wore bangles and cuffs of yellow gold and diamonds on both arms from Ippolita.

Cheryl Hines wore a loose, sequined MaxMara with shoes from Rene Caovilla and a bag from Jalda.

I love how each of the MaxMara dresses have a completey different feel.

Host Chelsea Handler wore a dress from Lanvin with Jimmy Choo "Disco" satin sandals.  She wore platinum and diamond drop earrings, a wide diamond and platinum cuff and a colored diamond ring from Neil Lane.  Her clutch was from Nancy Gonzalez.  She was styled by Amy Meyer.

Amber Valletta wore a Proenza Schouler dress with Brian Atwood "Maniac" pumps and carried a Raven Kauffman clutch. 

Michelle Trachtenberg wore a gorgeous gold sequined Reem Acra.  She was styled by Jodi Leesley.

Lynn Collins wore MaxMara with a Jimmy Choo "Tube" clutch.

Paula Patton wore Dolce & Gabbana.  And brought hubby Robin Thicke.

Selena Gomez wore a cute little black dress from H&M.

Ginnifer Goodwin wore the "Zahra" dress from Aussie label Camilla and Marc at the design duo's private dinner at the Chateau in Los Angeles.  She paired it with shoes from Mechante of London.  Ginny is styled by Penny Lovell.

Lynn Collins wore the "Betty" dress, paired with Jimmy Choo's "Karla" mesh bootie.

Halle Berry wore a black knit dress with sheer panel & cap sleeves from Herve L. Leroux.

Anjelica Huston arrived with her nephew Jack wearing Michael Kors pants with an Armani tee and Burberry trench.

Garcelle Beauvais wore a dress from L.A.M.B by Gwen Stefani.

Mary Lynn Rajskub wore a ruby red ribbed knit cocktail dress from David Meister.

Hugh Jackman wore a grey flannel custom 2-button suit, white shirt and shoes from Ferragamo to the premiere.  And was just generally handsome, as usual.
